  • Book and confirm travel reservations for clients.
  • Offer expert advice on travel policies, regulations, and requirements (DOT, TSA, passports, visas).
  • Provide clients with accurate information on fares, fees, and penalties.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices.

About You:

  • Customer service-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Travel agent experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Problem solver with a positive, ambitious attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
