- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices.
About You:
- Customer service-focused with strong communication skills.
- Travel agent experience is a plus (but not required).
- Problem solver with a positive, ambitious attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
